RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At Nobaraa, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
2. RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed;
- In its original condition, with its tags and packaging;
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Personalized or custom-made products;
- Items on final sale or clearance;
- Gift cards.
4. HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
To start a return, contact us at contact@noboraa.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send you the steps to follow along with the return address. Items sent back without a prior request cannot be processed.
5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective item. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost during the return.
6. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
7. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at contact@noboraa.com with a photo of the product. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
8. EXCHANGES
